National Crypto Helpline provides forensic blockchain investigation, evidence gathering, and strategic asset recovery consulting services. We are not a financial institution, law firm, or regulated financial advisor.
Our services are designed to assist victims of cryptocurrency fraud in gathering evidence and pursuing recovery through appropriate legal and regulatory channels. We do not guarantee the recovery of funds.
We explicitly state that no guarantee of fund recovery is made or implied. The success of any recovery effort depends on factors outside our control, including the jurisdiction of the fraud, the nature of the transactions, and the cooperation of third parties.
Warning: Any service that guarantees 100% fund recovery is likely a scam. We will never make such guarantees.
All fees for our services are clearly outlined in a formal service agreement signed prior to the commencement of any work. We do not require upfront payment in cryptocurrency under any circumstances.
The initial case evaluation is provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed.
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the sharing of any sensitive case information. We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law.
National Crypto Helpline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to recover funds. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
